Your account

Use your real name and an email address you can reach. The email cannot be changed later. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what is done from your account and by the team members you invite.

The free trial

Each email address gets one 7-day free trial of the plan it chooses, with no payment needed. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you pay: you can see everything, but not add or change anything.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid in taka by bKash Send Money, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. We check every payment by hand before applying it. Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Orders over your plan's monthly limit cost ৳0.50 each. Your orders are never stopped for going over the limit.

Your business and your customers

You are responsible for what you sell, the prices you set and the orders you take. Your customers' names, phone numbers and addresses belong to your business: we store them to run the service and use them for nothing else.

Parcels are booked under your own Pathao or Steadfast merchant account, and cash on delivery is settled between you and the courier. Boolash is not part of that agreement.

The fraud check

The fraud check shows a customer's delivery record from courier services. It is for your information only, it may be incomplete or unavailable, and the decision to ship is always yours.

Fair use

Do not use Boolash to sell anything illegal in Bangladesh, to send spam, or to try to reach another seller's data. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Boolash running, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance, or because a courier or another service it depends on is down. We may update these terms; when a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

Closing your account

You can stop using Boolash at any time and delete your account from your settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
