The free trial

The 7-day trial is free and needs no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

A payment we reject

We check every bKash payment by hand. If we reject one, for example because the amount does not match, we send the money back to the number it came from.

After a payment is approved

Once a payment is approved, the months it paid for are not refunded. Please use the free trial to decide.

When we refund

• You paid twice for the same period.
• You sent more than the price shown: we return the difference.
• Boolash was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side.
